Is Metro Open or Closed on Thanksgiving?

All Metro stores are closed on Thanksgiving. On the day before the holiday, stores have reduced hours and close at 6:00 PM.

Make sure to plan your shopping accordingly.

Is Metro Open on Christmas and Christmas Eve?

As a rule, all retailers provide their consumers not only a large number of discounts and unique offers, but also a convenient schedule for visiting retail outlets. However, this rule does not apply to Christmas.

All Metro stores are closed on Christmas Day. However, you can visit the supermarket on Christmas Eve.

Be aware that stores will close earlier than usual on Christmas Eve, with all branches closing at 6:00 PM.
This early closure applies to all services, including home delivery and online orders.

Metro Holiday Hours on Canada Day

Perhaps the most revered holiday for all Canadians, on which, of course, all citizens, including the employees of the store rest.

Metro stores are closed on Canada Day.

While you can still place orders online or through the app, they will not be processed until the following day.

Is Metro Open or Closed on Memorial Day?

Metro stores are open on Memorial Day but operate with reduced hours.

Stores open at 8:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM.

As demonstrated, Metro supermarkets adjust their hours based on specific holidays.

To avoid inconvenience, it’s always best to confirm the hours of operation with your local store in advance.
